Some articles worth reading

I was surfing on the glob and mail's site today, and I found these two articles that you might want to read, I found one of them interesting, and one just plain silly.

First off, the silly one. A trucked was fined for smoking in his own truck. Why? Because it is considered his "workplace" and in Ontario, Canada, smoking at your workplace is illegal.
